Site content

Material on this website is general information about our assessments and rates. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific application. Pricing pages are informational only; no purchase is completed on this site.

Engagements

Professional services are governed by a separate statement of work or proposal once scope is agreed. That document prevails over marketing copy on this website if there is a conflict. Deposits, timelines, and deliverables are defined there.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by Session Vertex Grid unless otherwise credited. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Findings reports delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; we retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and non-identifying patterns in future work.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, scrape in a way that impairs performance, or submit malicious content through forms). Enquiry forms must contain accurate contact details.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are stated in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
