Who this is for
Product owners, UX researchers, and operations leads who suspect people are struggling in a live application but cannot prove where. Teams preparing a redesign, a regulatory change, or a high-traffic campaign often commission this audit first.
What you receive

- Annotated examples drawn from recordings, support tickets, and funnel steps you already hold.
- A prioritised list of changes ranked by impact on finishing the task — not by how neat they look on a roadmap.
- A ninety-minute briefing with your nominated leads to walk the evidence and agree next experiments.
What is included
Access review of the agreed paths, intake workshop (remote), structured session quality analysis across a sample window, draft report for factual correction, final report, and briefing. We work with your existing analytics exports and session recordings; we do not install monitoring software.
What is excluded
Implementation of design or engineering changes, ongoing analytics configuration, and legal or accessibility certification. Those can be referred or scoped separately.
How it runs
- Intake — one ninety-minute call to lock paths, audience, and success criteria.
- Evidence window — typically ten business days of observation against your sample.
- Draft — you correct facts and terminology before the final write-up.
- Briefing — we present findings and leave you with a short action board.
Duration and location
Most audits finish in two to three weeks from intake. Work is remote across Australia; Sydney clients may book one or two on-site observation days at Level 11, 57 Pitt Street when travel helps.
Preparation
Please nominate a single liaison, share read-only access to the paths under review, and export recent support themes related to those flows. A release freeze during the evidence window is preferred but not mandatory.
Pricing basis
Starting fee AUD 6,800 for up to three critical paths. Additional paths or regulated industries (insurance, health, banking) are quoted after intake. A 40% deposit secures the calendar slot.
