We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, email, optional assessment interest, application path description, and message content.
• Email and phone: correspondence you send us.
• Engagement materials: business contacts, access credentials you provide, and session evidence you lawfully share (subject to your own privacy notices to end users).
• Technical logs: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to operate the site.

We do not ask for government identifiers, payment card numbers, or health records through the public website forms.

Purpose of use

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted assessments, invoice Australian businesses, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement requires longer. Engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting and professional reference, then securely deleted or anonymised. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) who process data on our instructions. We may share information with professional advisers or if required by law. Client session evidence is not used in marketing and is not shared with other clients.

International transfers

Our primary operations and preferred hosting are in Australia. If a processor stores data offshore, we take reasonable steps to ensure APP-comparable protection, including contractual clauses. Enquiry form submissions are processed according to our hosting configuration disclosed on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may lodge a complaint with us first; if unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). To exercise rights, email hello@sessionvertexgrid.digital with enough detail for us to locate your records.

Children

Our services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 through this site.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes to engagement data handling will also be communicated to active clients.
