Informational rates for session quality analysis. Exact fees depend on path count, evidence access, and whether regulated industry constraints apply.
Engagements are quoted after a short intake. The figures below are starting points so you can budget before writing to us. There is no checkout on this site — pricing is informational only.

What moves a quote up or down
- More paths — each additional critical path after three on an audit is usually AUD 1,100–1,600.
- Regulated contexts — insurance, health, and banking often need longer consent review and redaction time.
- On-site days in Sydney — available at the Pitt Street office or your premises; travel time is billed separately if outside the CBD.
- Rush windows — release-week clinics may carry a 15% scheduling premium when we must clear other work.
Deposits and invoices
A 40% deposit confirms the calendar hold. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final report or workshop. Payment by Australian business invoice (EFT). We do not process card payments on this website.
Not included
Engineering implementation, subscription licences, or ongoing monitoring retainers. If you need those, we can introduce trusted partners after the analysis is complete.
