How an assessment runs

From first note to findings briefing — the working rhythm behind our session quality analysis.

This page is for teams who want to know what happens after they write to us — before they commit calendar time.

01 · Enquiry and fit

You describe the application, the paths that matter, and any deadlines. We confirm whether a Session Quality Audit, a clinic, or a lighter conversation fits. If we are not the right practice, we say so quickly.

02 · Intake workshop

A ninety-minute call locks scope: path definitions, audience notes, success criteria, and evidence sources (recordings, exports, support themes). You nominate a liaison who can answer factual questions within a business day.

03 · Evidence window

We observe the agreed sample. Analysts annotate hesitations, recoveries, and abandonments; we cross-check against your funnel steps and recent release notes. We do not interrupt live customers.

04 · Draft for correction

You receive a draft focused on facts and terminology. This is not a design review — it is your chance to catch incorrect product names, outdated screens, or missing context.

05 · Final report and briefing

The final findings report arrives with priorities. We then run a ninety-minute briefing (or a separate Findings Briefing Workshop if the room is larger). Owners and dates leave the room spoken aloud.

06 · Optional pulse check

After you ship changes, a Follow-up Pulse Check re-reads the same paths so the comparison stays honest.

What we need from you: read-only access, a liaison, and candour about known issues. What we protect: consented recordings stay inside the engagement; we do not reuse footage in marketing.
